Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of LegalLync — presented here as part of this product concept.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating a LegalLync account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.
2. Use License
Subject to these terms, LegalLync grants your firm a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for internal case and practice management purposes.
- You may not resell or sublicense access to the platform.
- You may not reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the underlying source code.
- You are responsible for the conduct of any staff you invite to your firm's workspace.
3. Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
4. Your Data
You retain all rights to the client, case, and document data you input into LegalLync. We do not claim ownership of your content and only access it as needed to provide support or as required by law.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may export your data for 30 days following account closure, after which it is permanently deleted.
6. Limitation of Liability
LegalLync is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect.
