LegalLync started with a simple observation: most legal case management software is built for firms with hundreds of attorneys — not the solo practitioner juggling client calls between hearings. We set out to build something powerful enough to run a practice on, and simple enough to set up in an afternoon.

The idea

Founded after watching a friend's two-person firm lose a filing deadline buried in a shared spreadsheet.

2024

First 50 firms

Launched a private beta with 50 solo and small-firm practitioners across civil litigation, estate planning, and family law.

2025

Billing & document vault

Added billable hours, invoicing, and encrypted document storage based directly on beta firm feedback.

2026

500+ firms onboarded

LegalLync now supports hundreds of small practices nationwide, tracking tens of thousands of billable hours every month.
